M. Marna Erlich, Esq.

Marna Erlich began practicing with the firm
in 2003. She focuses her practice in
representing dentists and other medical
professionals and group practices in
transactions including sales and purchases
of businesses, real estate, leasing,
employment agreements, partnerships,
incorporations, shareholder agreements,
mergers and acquisitions. Marna also
represents clients in bankruptcy, landlord
tenant and immigration matters.
During law school, Marna received an award
for Excellence in Oral Advocacy as the Best
Oralist in Moot Court I. She was selected to
represent the law school in Vienna, Austria
at the VIS International Commercial
Arbitration competition and was also a
Hunter Moot Court participant.
Marna was also a judicial intern to the
Honorable Novalyn L. Winfield and to the
Honorable Kathryn C. Ferguson of the U.S.
Bankruptcy Court, District of New Jersey.
