Kristofer B. Chiesa is an associate attorney practicing in the firm’s litigation department. His practice is diverse, handling all types of litigation matters on behalf of the firm’s clients in the areas of complex commercial litigation, construction litigation and claims, personal injury, employment disputes and collections. Kris has also expanded his practice to the area of Municipal Court where he has successfully represented the firm’s clients charged with traffic offenses, disorderly person offenses, and drug related charges in the tri-county area.

Recent Successes

• In 2007, Kris collected close to $1 million dollars on behalf of various clients in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
• Kris has obtained numerous six-figure judgments on behalf of suppliers and subcontractors.
