Jerald R. Cureton is a founding member
and president of Cureton Clark. He maintains
an extensive commercial litigation practice,
with emphasis on complex matters including
class actions. He has successfully
represented plaintiffs in multi-million
dollar lawsuits for and against major U.S.
corporations.
Jerry also chairs the firm's labor and
employment law department, where he
represents the employers in a wide variety
of industries. His labor and employment
background began as staff attorney at the
National Labor Relations Board. Since then,
he has advised employers in union elections,
unfair labor practices, contract
negotiations and arbitrations. He routinely
advises clients on employment discrimination
issues, downsizing, employment terminations,
and personnel policies. He is an
accomplished trial attorney. As a business
litigator, Jerry has won multi-million
dollar decisions in matters involving
shareholders disputes, partnerships,
contracts and fraud.
He has extensive involvement in southern New
Jersey on behalf of civic and charitable
organizations. His involvement includes:

He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business
Administration from Temple University and
his Juris Doctor from the Marshall-Wythe
School of Law at the College of William and
Mary. He is a member of the New Jersey,
Pennsylvania and Florida Bar Associations.
Locally, he is a member of the Burlington
County Bar Association.
Jerry spends his recreational time with his
wife and two children on their sailboat. He
is an avid ocean sailor, having captained
his boat to New England, Florida and
Bermuda. He enjoys the challenge of fly
fishing, and has recently taken up golf.
