Gina Zippilli, Esq.

Gina heads the
Intellectual Property Department at Cureton
Clark. As department head, Gina works
closely with her clients, whether
individuals or large businesses, to obtain
trademark protection for various word and
design marks that are associated with their
businesses, and she protects the integrity
of same through trademark litigation. Gina
advocates for complex businesses in various
land use matters as well. This entails
helping clients obtain the proper approvals
for Major and Minor Subdivisions, Site
Plans, and Variances. She also has the
privilege of working with individuals in the
land use arena. This allows Gina to help
residential homeowners obtain the proper
approvals for expanding their homes and
other residential needs. Gina also
represents the firm’s clients in complex
commercial litigation and debt collection
matters.
Prior to obtaining her law degree, Gina
received her undergraduate degree in
Psychology from Rutgers in 1999. In 2002,
she graduated from Rutgers University School
of Law where she served on Rutgers Law
Review and became its Case Notes Editor.
Following graduation, Gina served as a
judicial intern to the Honorable Sylvia B.
Pressler, Presiding Judge of Administration,
Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate
Division. In 2003, Gina became a Certified
Chaplain for Disaster Relief through the
Billy Graham Chaplaincy training program.
