Eileen
White Siegeltuch,
Esq.
Eileen White Siegeltuch is an associate
with the firm. She concentrates her practice
in estate and tax planning, business
succession planning, estate administration
and probate litigation, and commercial
transactions. Eileen also represents clients
in tax controversy matters.
Eileen serves the legal and financial
interests of individual clients,
particularly in traditional estate and tax
planning, as well as in the administration
of estates and trusts. She handles all
aspects of probate litigation, including
representing executors, trustees, and
beneficiaries in will contests, will
interpretation cases, and fiduciary matters.
She also assists family-owned businesses in
planning for the continued control and
succession of closely-held business
enterprises. Eileen offers the Firm’s
clients advice on charitable gifting,
tax-exempt organizations, and elder law
issues, including planning for Medicaid
eligibility and other public benefits. Her
representation of general business clients
focuses on the corporate and tax
considerations involved in choosing a
business entity.
Eileen graduated magna cum laude from
Montclair State College with a Bachelor’s
degree in German and Spanish. She received a
Master’s degree in German Literature from
the University of Pennsylvania. Eileen
obtained her law degree with honors from
Villanova University School of Law. At
Villanova, Eileen served as Managing Editor
for Outside Articles on the Villanova Sports
and Entertainment Law Journal. Her article,
Post-Termination Licensing of
Pre-Termination Derivative Works: Whose Song
Is It Anyway?, was published in 2000. Eileen
also completed an LL.M. in Taxation at
Villanova University.
